CLD Compressed air freeze dryer
According to the principle of refrigeration and dehumidification, the refrigeration compressed air dryer exchanges the hot and humid compressed air through the evaporator, condenses the gaseous moisture of the compressed air into liquid water, and exhausts it through the gas-liquid separator.

Dew point of product gas: ≤ - 23 ℃ (atmospheric dew point)

B: Water cooled cold dryer

Technical Features
It adopts international famous refrigeration compressor with stable operation, low voice, low energy consumption, safety and reliability.
Danfoss is the main refrigeration accessory of this machine.
In order to avoid the secondary pollution of compressed air, in the production process, the air flow part is treated by spraying plastic; the unique gas-liquid separation design makes the blowdown more thorough.
Small structure, no foundation installation.
Advanced programmable control, digital display function at a glance.
Using electronic blowdown, not easy to block, low energy consumption.
It can be equipped with RS485 / RS232 and intermodal interface for remote communication, centralized monitoring and air compressor joint control.
It has a variety of fault alarm and processing functions.
Note: the computer type and common type of cold dryer can be selected by users.
