Working principle of desulfurization process

The reaction principle of desulfurization is as follows:

2Fe (OH) 3 · XH2O + 3H2S - Fe2S3 · XH2O + 6H2O (Desulfurization)

Fe2O3 • XH2O + 3H2S = Fe2S3 • XH2O + 3H2O (Desulfurization)

Fe2S3 = 2FeS+ S(Most decomposition)

Desulfurization process

 

The feed gas enters the adsorption tower through the inlet valve, and the H2S reacts with the iron oxide to form iron sulfide at room temperature. The natural gas without sulfur reaches the gas consumption point through the outlet valve. When the hydrogen sulfide content shown by the hydrogen sulfide analyzer is greater than the required value, the desulfurizer needs to be replaced.

 Replace packing

When it is necessary to replace the packing, drain the natural gas corresponding to the tower body, open the feeding port and discharging port, discharge and then fill.
