Working principle
Under the action of negative pressure at the suction side of the compressor, the self-cleaning filter sucks the ambient air, and the dust in the air is deposited on the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The clean gas converges in the air purification chamber through the filter cartridge, and enters the air compressor suction port through the air outlet pipe. When the microcomputer program controller receives the command (pressure difference, time, manual), it will send out the command, and the pulse electromagnetic valve will open instantly A pulse air flow with pressure of air compressor exhaust pressure is ejected and sucked through venturi tube, and the accumulated dust outside the filter cylinder is blown away. This self-cleaning process is intermittent, and only a small part of the filter cartridge is self-cleaning each time, and the rest of the filter cartridge is still working. Therefore, the self-cleaning filter produced by our company has online self-cleaning function, which can ensure the continuous operation of the compressor.
Technical Features
It adopts the well-known controller at home and abroad, which can make the equipment operate reliably, and realize the functions of automatic, manual and alarm of the equipment, and realize the unattended operation on site.
During online operation, whether the filter element is replaced or the controller is adjusted, online processing can be realized without affecting the use of subsequent equipment.
During the recoil adjustment, the recoil is automatically and manually adjustable to realize the online adjustment of the equipment. The backwash gas is pre filtered to make the filter cartridge cleaner.
Due to the unique design of the filter barrel, for particles ≥ 1pm, the filtration efficiency can reach ≥ 99.96%, and the filtration efficiency is high.
Reliable electrical design, IP56, outdoor installation in industrial area. Remote start and stop shall be set. Easy to use and stable.
