Brief introduction of quick connect plate
Quick connect board is a kind of fast connection block which can be connected with PLC host and expansion module, including power input and output, control digital input and input point, door panel quick plug input and output, and expandable digital / analog input and output. Take Siemens PLC, whose model is smart S7-200 sr20, as an example, as shown in Figure 1
Special functions
1. PLC quick connection block has the following functions:
1. It has the function of power centralization. As long as one power input, it can solve the problem of PLC power supply, power supply of switch input quantity, power supply of output load in series, power supply of active analog quantity and output of special load power supply;
2. Switch between PLC digital active output and passive output;
Digital input and PLC have passive input;
4. Switch between PLC Analog active input and passive input;
5. Switching between two-wire system, three-wire system and four-wire system of PLC analog quantity;
6. It has the function of quick connection between PLC and touch screen, switch value, indicator light and display instrument on the door panel;
7. It has various functions to switch quickly and effectively through the method of “jumper” in the quick connection block;
8. It has the function of partial number of door panel switch input and external switch input simultaneously / only to PLC input terminal;
9. It has the function of part of door panel load (indicator light, alarm, etc.) output and external load (relay, contactor, etc.) output at the same time / only input to PLC output terminal;
10. All wiring with PLC and expansion module adopts fast connection method, without additional wiring.
Through the above implementation, PLC and extended functions can be built quickly.
